i was absolutely shocked by the lack of basic amenities. i expected a lovely welcome gift, but they were too busy charging for every little thing, like water. breakfast in a dreary basement was simply disgraceful, and the coffee machine was non-functional at times. stunning views? not when you're treated like just another face in the crowd.
